You are cordially invited to attend the launch of the Postgraduate Diploma on “Sustainability in Shipping” developed by the Business College of Athens (BCA)/ Greek Institute of Maritime Education (GIME) and the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association (HELMEPA) in collaboration with the World Maritime University (WMU) and expert speakers from the shipping industry, academia and civil society.
The event will take place on Friday 7 April 2023 (10:00-12:00), at BCA City Campus (205 Alexandras Av., 11523, Athens).
Welcome notes will be addressed by Mrs Semiramis Paliou, HELMEPA Chairperson and by Mr. Harris Daskalakis, CEO of BCA.
At 11.15, students and guests will have the opportunity to attend a special presentation on career opportunities in the growing Blue Economy sectors by Mr. Iasonas Lainos, HELMEPA Maritime Manager. Certification of attendance will be provided in the frames of the Blue Generation project.
