BLACK ROPE: Anti Snap Back Mooring Lines

The Anti Snap Back technology is an energy-absorbing core which sits within our 12-strand synthetic mooring rope Mixed Polypropylene-Polyester. Owing to its construction form, if the outer load-bearing construction breaks, the Anti Snap Back (ASB) core absorbs the snap-back forces. Consequently, ASB transforms the act from a potentially deadly snap to a much safer slump for your maximum safe mooring operation. The rope is constructed according to ISO 10556 § 5.2.1. Last but not least, the cover yarns of each strand of fiber rope are made with polyester fibers covering a polyolefin core and contain a minimum of 40 % by mass of polyester fiber.
