We currently have an opening for Administrative Assistant.

Role Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide a range of administrative support services, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining office files, managing the reception area and providing support to the Sales department.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor degree
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level)
  • Excellent Communication &  Commercial skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in marine electronics industry will be considered as a plus
