Η Capital-Executive Ship Management Corp., συμφερόντων του Βαγγέλη Μαρινάκη, πάροχος ολοκληρωμένων υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης πλοίων σε διάφορους τύπους πλοίων, γνωστοποίησε σήμερα ότι υπέγραψε συμφωνία στρατηγικής συνεργασίας με την SPV Axis Maritime Corp.
Η νέα επιχείρηση, η Capital Axis Maritime Corp., θα παρέχει εσωτερικές εμπορικές και τεχνικές υπηρεσίες διαχείρισης σε έναν στόλο είκοσι (20) πλοίων μεταφοράς ξηρού φορτίου χύδην, που αποτελείται από δύο (2) Newcastlemax, τέσσερα (4) Capesize και επτά (7) πλοία Kamsarmax και Panamax που βρίσκονται επί του παρόντος σε λειτουργία, καθώς και επτά (7) νεότευκτα πλοία μεταφοράς ξηρού φορτίου Capesize, τα οποία έχουν προγραμματιστεί για παράδοση το 2027.
Ο στόλος έχει συνολική μεταφορική ικανότητα περίπου 3,0 εκατομμύρια τόνους νεκρού βάρους και μέση ηλικία 8 ετών.

Capital-Executive Ship Management Corp. Forms Strategic Partnership with Nicholas E. Madias led SPV Axis Maritime Corp. and Changes its Name to Capital Axis Maritime Corp.
Athens, Greece, Capital-Executive Ship Management Corp. (the “Company”) a provider of comprehensive ship management services across various vessel types, announced today that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (the “Agreement”) with SPV Axis Maritime Corp (the “SPV Axis”).
The new venture, Capital Axis Maritime Corp., will provide in-house commercial and technical management services to a fleet of twenty (20) dry bulk carriers, consisting of two (2) Newcastlemax, four (4) Capesize, and seven (7) Kamsarmax and Panamax vessels currently on the water, as well as seven (7) newbuilding Capesize bulk carriers scheduled for delivery in 2027. The fleet has a total carrying capacity of approximately 3.0 million deadweight tons and an average age of 8 years.
