Capt. Jaiswal’s expertise in maritime safety has been recognised through multiple prestigious awards, including IBJ – International Bulk Journal‘s Safety Award and Seatrade‘s Corporate Social Responsibility Award.
His innovative approach to safety, including the “Make Complacency History” campaign and the “5 Levels and 5 Rules of Leadership” concept, has set new standards for seafarer training and operational excellence. Capt. Jaiswal’s focus on maximising safety of life at sea whilst enhancing long-term business sustainability continues to benefit our members and the wider shipping sector.
In his current position as General Manager, Commercial Voyage Operations, Capt Jaiswal leads dynamic optimisation efforts by fostering collaboration and leveraging diverse expertise to drive operational excellence, safety, and sustainability across Pacific Basin’s fleet.
