GMS and Liberian Registry issue first International Ready for Recycling Certificate (IRRC) following entry into force of the Hong Kong Convention
We are proud to have issued the world’s first International Ready for Recycling Certificate (IRRC) under the now-effective Hong Kong Convention.
The certificate was issued for the vessel R PISCES, with GMS Leadership as the recipient.
