The American P&I Club developed Clean Seas: Complying with MARPOL 73/78 to address these realities.
Developed in cooperation with IDESS IT, this module will familiarize seafarers with the International Maritime Organization’s International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) 1973 and subsequent amendments. Modules cover accidental and operational oil pollution, pollution by noxious liquid substances, harmful substances, sewage from ships, garbage from ships, and air pollution.
