MALAYSIA: Asia s regional CCS hub

Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) is gaining momentum as industries look for practical and scalable pathways towards decarbonisation.

With its strategic location and favourable geological conditions, Malaysia is working to strengthen its position in the development of CCS solutions across Asia, supporting the growth of new infrastructure and cross-border initiatives that could play an important role in the region’s energy transition.
