Latsco Shipping Ltd., located in the northern suburbs of Athens is looking to recruit a Ticketing Officer, reporting to the Crew Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Arranging the ticketing of all seafarers for journeys to and from vessels aiming to ensure timely and effective ticket issuance.
- Arranging the ticketing of all shore personnel required to travel for vessel attendances, dry-docks, deliveries and any other business purposes.
- Acting as the focal point with the selected travel agencies company is cooperating and liaising with Crew Operators and Fleet Assistants for the effective issuance of tickets.
- Providing to the Crew Operators and Fleet Assistants with the necessary travel information and flight tickets.
- Preparing and submitting reports to the Crew Manager, with the aim of identifying trends.
- Verifying ticketing invoices against the corresponding purchase order and submitting approved invoices to the Accounting department.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University Degree in a related job field
- 5 years’ experience in a relevant position
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical skills, Customer focus, Proactiveness, Collaboration, Accountability
