We are currently seeking a dedicated professional who is eager to grow in their career, and is willing to take on a junior position within our operations team
at our Glyfada, GR premises.
Responsibilities: As a Junior Operations Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, coordinating, and executing customer orders or other assigned projects.
- Executing spare parts drop shipments under the Operations department.
- Coordinating purchasing orders.
- Monitoring the status of purchase orders.
- Invoicing purchase orders upon receipt of supplier’s invoice.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of client orders and assigned projects.
- Maintaining and nurturing good relations with company clients, identifying and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Handling goods in compliance with the Code of Billing and Taxation.
- Assisting with various operations department activities, including archiving, filing, and reporting.
- Working and communicating in line with company principles and fostering a team spirit.
Background: To succeed in this role, we require the following qualifications:
- University degree: A bachelor’s degree in Shipping Management or Logistics & Transport Management is required.
- Language skills: English C2 Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English are essential due to our international environment.
- Microsoft knowledge: Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary.
- Experience: While not mandatory, a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar operations role would be highly beneficial.
