PCAI partners with The Ellinikon to present I’d rather be a Cyborg than a Goddess, a video art programme with works from the PCAI Art Collection at The Ellinikon Experience Centre, opening on Thursday, January 11, 2024.
Launched during the International Association of Corporate Collections of Contemporary Art (IACCCA) OGA in Athens, the programme, curated by Kika Kyriakakou, PCAI Artistic Director, brings together commissions and acquisitions of women artists reflecting on the notions of climate disruption, consumerism, space waste, technology and gender on sci-fi dystopias of earth and beyond.
The programme features works by artists Afroditi Psarra, Eva Papamargariti, Almagul Menlibayeva and Ariana Papademetropoulos and takes place in partnership with The Ellinikon.
