CMB.TECH, in collaboration with Yara Clean Ammonia, North Sea Container Line, and Yara International, is pioneering the world’s first clean ammonia-powered container vessel – the Yara Eyde! Set to sail by mid-2026, this vessel will run on clean ammonia, connecting Norway and Germany.
Owned by CMB.TECH and operated by NCL Oslofjord AS, it marks a significant step towards decarbonising shipping and reducing emissions in Europe.
