We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. The role involves supporting the safe and efficient operation of the fleet’s electrical and automation systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and promoting technical reliability.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring the vessels (electrical/electronic defects as reported), providing troubleshooting guidance to the vessels crew and/or corrective actions.
• Attending vessels as per Company’s Procedures during major repairs and Dry-dock as required.
• Reviewing the submitted PMS reports from the vessels for electrical, electronic and navigational items and updates the Company’s PMS.
• Evaluating vessel’s spares / repairs request for electrical/electronic equipment.
• Attending vessel for carrying out inspections/ maintenance work and/or repairs on electrical equipment and systems.
• Promoting Safety & Environmental Excellence as per Company’s Policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of two years in a similar role or Electro-Technical Officer with at least 2 years of sea-going experience in LNG carriers.
• Experience with IAS Integrated Automation systems and High voltage (6.6kV) and electrical propulsion system is required.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with a minimum B2 level, C1 level preferred or equivalent qualifications.
