The IMO Sub-Committee on the Implementation of IMO Instruments (III) held its 11th session from July 20 to 25, 2025. This Brief highlights key issues addressed during this session:
• Revision of the 2023 Survey Guidelines under Harmonized System of Survey and Certification (HSSC)
• Development of Guidance on remote surveys, ISM audits, and ISPS verifications
• Revision of the 2023 Guidelines and Procedures for PSC
• Revision of the Unified Interpretation of “completion date of the survey”
A review of the Sub-Committee’s activity can provide insight into upcoming regulations drafted by the IMO and a forecast of future regulatory developments.

Η Υποεπιτροπή του ΙΜΟ για την Εφαρμογή των Εγγράφων του ΙΜΟ (III) πραγματοποίησε την 11η συνεδρίασή της από τις 20 έως τις 25 Ιουλίου 2025. Η παρούσα Σύνοψη επισημαίνει τα βασικά ζητήματα που συζητήθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της συνεδρίας:
- Αναθεώρηση των Οδηγιών Επιθεώρησης του 2023 στο πλαίσιο του Εναρμονισμένου Συστήματος Επιθεώρησης και Πιστοποίησης (HSSC)
- Ανάπτυξη Οδηγιών για τις εξ αποστάσεως επιθεωρήσεις, τους ελέγχους ISM και τις επαληθεύσεις ISPS
- Αναθεώρηση των Οδηγιών και Διαδικασιών του 2023 για την PSC
- Αναθεώρηση της Ενοποιημένης Ερμηνείας της «ημερομηνίας ολοκλήρωσης της επιθεώρησης»
