COSCO Shipping Lines (Greece) S.A. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service, Air Freight and Ship Spares Operation Officer (m/f/d) to join our team.
Your tasks as an Air Freight and Ship Spares Operation Officer (m/f/d):
Handling and operating Air, Road & Sea bookings (Import/Export/Cross & On Board Delivery mainly for Ships Spares)
Communicate with clients regarding cargo status, documentation and clearance procedures
Monitor bookings all the way from departure to arrival and ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records and prepare related booking reports
Handle vendors’ invoicing checking, invoice issuance and cost control related to all shipments
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics Industry
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Self-driven with a collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach
