To Short Sea Promotion Center Greece (SPC Greece), που λειτουργεί στην Ελλάδα υπό την Ένωση Εφοπλιστών Ναυτιλίας Μικρών Αποστάσεων (ΕΕΝΜΑ), και στο πλαίσιο της Προεδρίας του στο European Short Sea Network (ESN), ανακοινώνει τη διεξαγωγή του ευρωπαϊκού συνεδρίου με τον τίτλο «Walking into a New Era», το οποίο θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Τρίτη 14 Οκτωβρίου 2025, στο ξενοδοχείο Grand Hyatt. (συνημμένο το πρόγραμμα όπως έχει διαμορφωθεί μέχρι σήμερα).
Το ESN είναι ένα ευρωπαϊκό δίκτυο συνεργασίας και ανταλλαγής πληροφοριών με κύριους στόχους την προώθηση και την ανάπτυξη της shortsea ναυτιλίας με πρακτικά μέσα, καθώς και την ενίσχυση της ενσωμάτωσης της shortsea ναυτιλίας στην αλυσίδα διατροπικών μεταφορών. Το Δίκτυο ιδρύθηκε το 2000 και συνίσταται από τα Shortsea Promotion Centers σε διάφορα ευρωπαϊκά κράτη. Το SPC Greece είναι ένα από τα ιδρυτικά μέλη του ESN και ασκεί την προεδρία του ESN από τον Ιανουάριο του 2025 και για δύο χρόνια.
We’re excited to announce that the Short Sea Promotion Center Greece (SPC Greece) – operating under the Hellenic Shortsea Shipowners Association and currently holding the Presidency of the European Short Sea Network (ESN) – is hosting a major European conference titled “Walking into a New Era” on Tuesday, 14 October 2025, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Athens-Greece.
This conference is a space to bring everyone in the intermodal transport chain together – from shipping companies and ports to truckers, rail operators, logistics experts, and policymakers. We’ll dive into how shortsea shipping is evolving, especially in the context of the EU’s green goals and shifting geopolitical landscape.
