2025 Q3 highlights:
– Total net revenues of $56.9m.
– Adjusted EPS $4.26 and $4.23 basic and diluted.
– Adjusted EBITDA of $38.8m.
– An average of 22 vessels were owned and operated during the third quarter of 2025 earning an average time charter equivalent rate of $29,284 per day.
Recent developments:
– M/V Synergy Oakland was fixed for a minimum of 34 and a maximum of 38 months at $33,500 per day, in direct continuation of the current charter. New charter will commence on May 14, 2026.
– Four intermediate vessels under construction with expected delivery dates in July and October 2027 and March and May 2028 were forward fixed for a minimum of 47 and a maximum of 49 months at a rate of $35,500 per day starting upon delivery of the vessels. The charterer has the option until November 17, 2026, to convert the 4-year charters to 5-year charters for a rate for all five years of $32,500 per day.
