The Role
As a Senior Crew Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating all crew-related operations across the fleet. You will ensure effective crew planning, smooth embarkation and disembarkation processes, and full compliance with maritime regulations, acting as a central point of contact between Manning Agents, Port Agents, vessels, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Manning & Port Agents for crew changes
- Oversee crew planning, contracts, ticketing & travel arrangements
- Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC & Minimum Safe Manning requirements
- Monitor crew certifications, medicals & documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Shipping, HR or Business preferred)
- Excellent command of Greek & English
- Proven experience in crew operations (cruise/shipping industry preferred)
- Knowledge of STCW, MLC & travel booking platforms
- Strong organizational, communication & problem-solving skills
