TMS is hiring!

TMS Dry Ltd. is currently looking to recruit a qualified Operator   who will be responsible for coordinating the voyage execution as per the charterparty terms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a key communication link between vessels, Charterers, Agents, and internal teams
• Support commercial operations in line with charterparty requirements
• Monitor voyages, port performance, and vessel schedules
• Coordinate cargo planning and review stowage plans
• Oversee documentation related to Bills of Lading and Letters of Indemnity
• Arrange and coordinate port services, bunkers and tug services
• Monitor and approve port disbursement accounts
• Maintain voyage records and operational files
• Support Masters, on commercial and operational matters
• Liaise with surveyors, consultants, and weather routing services when required

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Maritime Studies or relevant discipline or Master’s / Chief Officer’s License
• Minimum 3 years of experience as vessel operator with Dry Bulk Carriers.
• Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
• IT literate especially in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
