Today we celebrate 10 incredible years of empowering young professionals, connecting the shipping industry with emerging talent, helping sustain the excellence in our Shipping industry & enhancing youth employability.
What started as a vision in 2014 has grown into a thriving network of pupils, teachers, captains, students, interns, shipping and maritime service companies, and mentors—caring and united by our belief in positive change through connection. We thank them all https://lnkd.in/eTHh7eM8

✅ Placed hundreds in internships and first jobs in shipping through the Connect CV-HR Platform
✅ Partnered with forward-thinking companies & educators
✅ Hosted impactful events
✅ Sparked a national conversation on youth employability
