As a proud, long-standing supporter of the AEGEAN 600, the KORONAKIS Group celebrated the successful completion of the race’s 6th edition and joined the Prize Giving Ceremony honouring the sailors who took on one of the world’s most demanding offshore challenges.
Ms Eleni Koronaki, Managing Director of KORONAKIS Group and Honorary Vice President of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, had the honour of presenting the award to FOREVER K (ITA), skippered by Claudio Bernoni, winner of the IRC One category and third-place finisher in ORC Zero, recognising the crew’s outstanding performance throughout this year’s race.
This year’s Silver Cup was awarded to the French yacht PALANAD 4, while Greek entries also delivered outstanding performances, with AIOLOS, XIPHOS and XCALIBUR securing notable results in their respective classes.
Congratulations to all sailors, crews and organisers for making this year’s AEGEAN 600 a remarkable success and a true celebration of offshore sailing excellence.
