- SCOPE & PURPOSE
This Newsletter aims to inform all ship-owners, operators and Masters of vessels about the revision of Marine Notice MLC-001 Rev. 08/26 by the Liberia Maritime Authority. This Marine Notice provides guidance on implementing the requirements of the Maritime Labor Convention (MLC), 2006, including the inspection and certification of ships.
This is the first in a series of Marine Notices that provides guidance on implementation of the MLC, 2006.
