For Technical Committee Members (other Full Members’ representatives may attend as observers).
Part of the meeting will be open to Associate Members (timings will be confirmed).
2. Dinner Reception | from 19:00 Local Time
For representatives of all members and invited guests.

1. Executive Committee Meeting (ExCom) | 09:00 – 15:00 Local Time
For Executive Committee Members (other Full Members’ representatives may attend as observers).
Part of the meeting will be open to Associate Members (timings will be confirmed).
Maximum two attendees per Full Member Company
2. Annual General Meeting (AGM) | 15:00 – 16:00 Local Time
Open to representatives of all Members.
