Overview: We are seeking an Administration Executive to support the efforts of our sales team providing services to maritime companies in Greece and abroad. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Maritime Security Division, Cybersecurity Division, Underwater Services Division, and ETS EUAs Trading Division.
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and contracts.
Maintain and update databases and records.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, and maintaining office equipment.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent command of the English language.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
