Mr. Stavros Lalizas, CEO & Founder of LALIZAS, recently joined fellow industry leaders in the “Ask the CEOs: Career and Leadership in Shipping” panel, organised by Young Executives Shipping (YES) Forum at the Alba Graduate Business School.
Graduate students from various universities as well as young professionals had the opportunity to hear directly from experienced industry leaders about the key topics shaping today’s maritime sector, including strategic decision-making, the growing role of data and emerging technologies as well as risk management and navigation through geopolitical uncertainty in an ever-changing global landscape.
Particular emphasis was also placed on the importance of the right mindset as well as soft skills for personal and professional development.
