The Role
As the Personal Assistant, you will act as the Managing Director’s right hand, managing a variety of responsibilities, including:
• Coordinating schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handling correspondence and acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Assisting with project management and event organization.
• Providing administrative and personal support to ensure the Managing Director’s time is optimized.

• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Strong communication skills in Greek & English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern collaboration tools.
