Vafias group takes delivery of its 36th and 37th newbuild gas carrier from Japan

We are very pleased to announce the successful deliveries of our 36^th and 37^th gas carrier newbuildings fom Japan, The ECO TEXIANA and ECO nebula!

                                     ECO  TEXIANA

These two ships are Fully pressurized 11,000 cbm VCM (vinyl chloride monomer) carriers each built by Sasaki shipyard in japan for a cost of abt 80m usd enbloc!

Both ships are Marshall islands flagged and both ships are classed by Bureau Veritas!

Both ships are owned by the private side of the group !

The group has another 13 energy carrying vessels on order:

12 tankers all on order at Hyundai HI Korea (4 mr’s, 4 LR2’s and 4 suezmaxes) plus 1 gas carrier in Japan !

Deliveries are starting in q1 27 and end in 2029
