We are happy to announce that “SNAME Greek Section”, in collaboration with “MAN ES – MAN Primeserv Academy Piraeus” proudly announce for 2023, the generous scholarship for MAN Primeserv Academy – “ME-C Control System Standard Operation” Professional Training Course as part of SOME 2023 sponsorships.
In support of continuous education, and further professional support, SNAME Greek Section in collaboration with MAN ES, offers five (5) scholarships for ME-C Control System Standard Operation” Course within 2023 Academy Curriculum for SNAME Members.
MAN ES has adapted to the use of new digital training methods and solutions and has standardized their learning to include new methods such as the use of interactive diagnostics which provide the participants with the best possible experience. As a global lead provider, MAN ES mission is to offer premium solutions in education to support Shipping Professionals around the globe to operate with maximum efficiency and safety to successfully maintain their engines and equipment.
The introduction of the electronically controlled camshaft-less low-speed diesel engines is proceeding rapidly, with many ME engines ordered, and consequently, many ME engines entering service. It is the need of the hour to train the Marine Engineer in the safe operation and maintenance of the electronically controlled low speed diesel engine. Training is carried out on a complete ME simulator so that the participants can get realistic hands-on training.
To apply for MAN scholarships, you need to submit:
An updated CV
A motivational letter of 500 words maximum, stating why you should receive a MAN Scholarship.
Applicants need to be members of SNAME in good standing and shall be submitted via email at snamegreeksection@sname.org.
Prior engagement in SNAME activities, age, and technical expertise will be considered an asset.
Training dates will be determined based on MAN availability in Summer and Autumn 2023 following the selection of participants.
The deadline for the scholarships expires on May 31, 2023.
The certificates will be delivered to the participants on a dedicated ceremony to honor our “Platinum” Sponsor for their generous and continuous support to our society.
