CAPITAL SHIP MANAGEMENT CORP. invites qualified professionals to apply for the position of IT Systems and Network Administrator to join the IT department.
Job Responsibilities
-Attend vessels to perform Installation and maintenance of IT equipment
-Vessel support on network equipment
-IT Service Desk support operator / Remote support for vessels
-Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
-Provide technical support to end-users (vessel & Office)
-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
-Monitor / maintain / take actions for Cyber security onboard
-Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Qualifications
-University Degree (BEng/BSc) in Computer systems engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science (or hybrid degrees that combine one of these subjects)
-Knowledge of networking, LAN, WLAN, VPN and satellite systems
-Min.3 years of relevant working experience
-Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
