Responsibilities
Process and manage disbursements related to vessel operations.
Ensure timely and accurate monitoring of payment of port charges, agency fees, and other operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and international maritime regulations.
Liaise with port agents, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure smooth financial operations.
Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, procurement, and finance, to streamline disbursement processes.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to disbursements.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Qualifications
Degree in Shipping, Accounting or Finance
Previous experience in the same position
Fluency in English & IT literacy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
