Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and coordinating technical operations, ensuring timely and efficient project execution, and maintaining high standards of service to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support technical operations related to automation systems for marine and industrial applications.
  • Monitor project timelines and assist in the planning and execution of service tasks and installations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle technical documentation, reports, and system updates.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and international quality standards.
  • Support inventory control and logistics of technical equipment when needed.
  • Prepare material offers and quotations for clients and partners.
  • Oversee and support on-site technicians, ensuring proper supervision and supply of required materials.
  • Issue repair quotations and follow up on technical service requests.
  • Coordinate the collection and delivery of required certificates and documentation.
  • Generate technical and operational reports for internal use and client updates.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience in a technical support or operations role, preferably in the marine or industrial sector will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of automation systems and electrical/electronic components.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
