There’s shaft vibration but it’s not showing up in the readings?
The Komeco Axial Vibrator provides early warning for dangerous axial loads, which often precede catastrophic failures.
Ensure it has:
•proper pre-tension and
•correct operating temperature.
Otherwise, the sensor may underread (technical term for law/weak signal detection) , causing you to miss critical danger signals.
