Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Piraeus for an Export Documentation Specialist for HMM Agency Greece SA. The Export Documentation Specialist will be responsible for handling all aspects of export documentation such as preparing, filing and processing documents required for shipment, customs clearance and transportation. The Export Documentation Specialist will work closely with sales and logistics personnel, and will be responsible for ensuring all shipments are properly documented, and that they are compliant with international trade laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 2 year minimum proven work experience at Export Documentation or similar role
- Deep understanding of International Trade Laws and Regulations
- Excellent knowledge of export documentation processing, procedures, and policies
- Well versed in export procedures and documentation requirements by various international markets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with team members cross-functionally
- Familiarity with customs regulations and customs documentation is a plus.
