• την αξία της αποστολής
• το ιστορικό του εισαγωγέα
Αυτό σημαίνει ότι η προετοιμασία πριν τη φόρτωση επηρεάζει άμεσα το αν θα υπάρξει έλεγχος ή όχι.
Στο τελωνείο, τα δεδομένα προηγούνται του φορτίου.
