CMA D. ARGOUDELIS & CO S.A., a leading company in the Marine, Industrial & Energy Automation field, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This role is ideal for a creative and motivated individual who wants to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The position

Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and design of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media content, and presentations.
• Support the Marketing Director in developing and executing creative concepts for campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Prepare and optimize visual assets for digital platforms and printing processes.
• Create promotional videos using video templates from CMA’s video bank subscription platforms.
• Support all design-related needs across the CMA Group of Companies.
• Ensure consistency in all designs, following CMA’s brand guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and commercial teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and CorelDRAW.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and working with templates.
• Strong creative and visual design skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with layout, color theory, and typography principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
• Prior experience (optional) in photoshooting and video editing, with familiarity in studio setup and lighting, will be considered a strong asset, especially for creative work in CMA’s in-house photo studio.
