TMS Dry Ltd. is currently looking to recruit an Environmental Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the effective implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) across the fleet
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations
- Monitor shipboard environmental performance and maintain accurate records
- Provide practical environmental guidance and support to vessels
- Conduct environmental audits and follow up on findings
- Deliver environmental training to ship and shore teams
- Review and analyze environmental reports
- Manage environmental projects, risks, defects, and corrective actions in coordination with ship and shore teams
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree preferably in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Marine Science, or related field
- Professional experience in environmental compliance or other relevant discipline within the maritime industry is considered an asset
- Effective communication skills, flexibility to attend Ships
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
- IT literate, particularly with MS Office
