During our 38th Annual Marine Money Week conference we are pleased to present a special pre-event morning program on Monday, June 15th for those registered to attend Marine Money Week as delegates, and for young entrants in the industry whose companies are confirmed sponsors of Marine Money Week.
At its finest, the international shipping industry fuels global development, and the health and welfare of people on all corners of the Earth. At its most challenging, it combines the complexity of modern corporate finance, a maze of global regulations and laws, and cultural challenges. And its stewards at every vital layer of the business are arguably the most accomplished international financiers, advisors, lawyers, commercial talents and principals imaginable.
So it is an honor and pleasure to present this Academy for those who have chosen a powerfully remarkable, personal path and career.
Our 2026 Ship Finance Academy is presented once again by our friends at Holland & Knight, and in addition to presentations by H&K partners, will also feature presentations by Peter Mellett, Managing Director of BankServe Insurance Services, Ryan Uljua, Vice President, Market Analysis of Marsoft Inc., as well as an interview to kick it off with H&K Partner Jovi Tenev, in conversation with an industry veteran TBC!
Link here for the full agenda for the morning Academy and practical information.
As noted in the agenda the Academy will take place at the midtown offices of:
Holland & Knight LLP, 787 Seventh Avenue (between 51st and 52nd Streets), 31st Floor, New York, NY 10019
Those attending the Academy are welcome to also attend the afternoon Opening Conference Session back at The Pierre (Maritime Industries and Infrastructure Capital), and then the Opening Cocktail Reception, being graciously sponsored by Citi and Watson Farley & Williams. (The Pierre is a short walk from the H&K offices).
Space is limited for the Academy and entry is complimentary for attendees already registered for Marine Money Week or young industry entrants from sponsoring companies. RSVPs are mandatory and anyone wanting to attend should email Lorraine Parsons at LParsons@marinemoney.com to check availability.
Our special thanks to Holland & Knight for once again hosting and presenting this valuable Academy program during Marine Money Week.
